- If you are expecting a task that is not on your homepage, it may have been assigned to someone else in your organisation. To find these, navigate to your company profile, scroll down, and select Assessments. This will display all assessments sent to your company.
- The task will remain until the assessment is completed and submitted for review.
2. Starting an assessment
- From the details tab, click the Start Assessment button.
- Each question will then be presented for you to answer. Use the Next and Previous buttons to move between questions.
- The panel on the right shows which questions have been completed with a tick. If you expand each section, you can also use this panel to navigate to other questions in the assessment.
3. Types of questions
- Single choice from a list.
- Multiple choice from a list.
- Text response.
- Number response.
- Percentage response.
The response screen will vary depending on the type of question. Some questions may also require you to upload attachments or add further detail in the comments section.
4. Reviewing and submitting an assessment
- Once all questions have been completed, you are returned to the overview page with options to review or submit the assessment.
- If you would like to check your answers first, click the Review Assessment button or the Responses tab to see an overview of all responses.
- Clicking Submit for Review asks you to confirm the assessment declaration and then submit it for review. The assessment will then be sent back to the company that issued it for them to review.
5. Responding to corrective actions
- During the assessment review, your customer might assign corrective actions to you. These will appear as tasks on your homepage.
- Clicking Respond from the homepage task will take you to the responses tab, where you can view and respond to each of the actions for each question.
