This guide explains how to review assessments, create corrective actions, and finalise assessment outcomes.
1. Reviewing assessments
- When assessments have been completed, the user responsible from the issuing company will be sent a task to review the assessment.
- Click Review to open the assessment and view the responses.
- Responses can be filtered by type (e.g. Excellent, Satisfactory) and by the status of any corrective actions. Click the Show link next to filter by in order to select a filter.
- You can use the comparison scorecard, located in the sub‑navigation, to look in more detail at the supplier’s scores in relation to other respondents.
2. Creating corrective actions
- While reviewing an assessment, you may wish to clarify answers with the supplier or request further information. You can do this by creating corrective actions.
- Click the Add Corrective Action link on a question to open the form inline with the question.
- Enter the details of the corrective action and a deadline, then select Save Corrective Action.
Note: The corrective action will only be sent to the supplier as a task when you have finished reviewing the assessment and then submit it back to the supplier for review.
- An overview of corrective actions can be seen in the Corrective Actions tab.
- Suppliers or managed assessors will receive a task on their homepage to respond to each action. Clicking Respond from the task will take them to the responses tab, where they can view and respond to each corrective action for each question.
3. Finalising and completing assessments
- When you have finished reviewing the assessment, you can either select Submit for Review or Complete Assessment.
- Submit for Review: Sends the assessment back to the supplier for review, comment, or corrective actions.
- Complete Assessment: Provides three options:
- Pass the assessment.
- Fail the assessment.
- Complete the assessment with no outcome.
