This guide explains how to download and log into the Supply Chain Assessments iPad app.

1. Downloading and installing the app *

1. On your iPad, navigate to the App Store and search for Authenticate Assessments.
2. You can also use this link: Download Authenticate Assessments.
3. Once you have found the app, select GET to download it.

2. Logging in *

1. Open the app. You will be presented with the login screen.
2. Log in using the same username and password you use on the web platform.

Note: Your username is not your email address.
