Who is this article for?
Suppliers who need to respond to KPI requests.
No elevated permissions are required.
This article explains how suppliers can view, accept, and score KPI requests.
1. Introduction
The KPI request feature allows customers to collect performance metrics from suppliers. Suppliers can view, accept, and score KPI requests directly in the Supply Chain platform.
2. Viewing and accepting a KPI request
- When a customer sends you a KPI request, you will be notified via email and a task will appear on your Supply Chain homepage.
- The first step is to click View request to open the request.
- Once you have opened the request, choose Accept and share. This allows your customer to view the KPI metrics once you start entering data.
3. Scoring KPIs
- Click Score KPIs to begin scoring.
- Select the date period you want to score. You may have only one period to score, or multiple periods depending on the first score date applied by your customer.
- Work through entering the data for each metric. The format required for each response will be indicated (for example number, percentage, etc.).
- If you are unable to score all of the metrics or they are not relevant to you, click Do not score.
- If you do not have all the metrics to hand, click Score later.
- Once you have filled in all metrics, you can either click Submit and finish or move on to scoring the next period if you have more than one to complete.
4. Completion
As soon as all available metrics have been scored, your page will show the completed KPI request. Your customer will then be able to review the metrics you have submitted.
