Release date: 02/09/25
1. Specifications module
New feature: Multi‑section approval for specifications – building on the recent section approval feature, you can configure specification requests so that all assigned users are required to approve a section before the specification owner is able to approve it.
New feature: Forward specifications to third‑party suppliers – similar to assessments forwarding, when sending a specification request to suppliers, you can now allow them to forward it to a third party to complete on their behalf. The completed specification can either be returned to you for review or directly back to the requestor.
New specification fields:
- Product safety: brine control.
- Storage: time from collection to processing (harvest / capture / collection) – hours.
- Changed ingredients: percentage glaze (%) changed from numeric to free text (to allow + / ‑ values).
Improved validation for data accuracy:
- Validation updates for pack format and gross weight fields.
- Must be a positive value.
- Limited to fewer than 6 digits.
- Net weight must be ≤ gross weight.
2. Site actions module – incidents
New feature: Multi‑select and close incidents via master incident – from the overview page, you can now select multiple incidents and associate them to a master incident. This automatically closes the selected incidents and transfers all master details to them, helping you close incidents quickly and effectively in bulk.
New changes: Updated UI and overview layout – incident listings page now shows more key information, new filter to display master incidents, and endpoints updated to set a master incident ID.
New feature: Improved automated email notifications – incident notification emails now include the severity of the incident, allowing you to prioritize urgent items faster.
3. General changes
- General – improved search handling for & characters (mid‑term with no surrounding spaces).
- General – search results now open in the same tab (no new tab opened).
- Assessments – sub‑questions ordered correctly on multi‑response page.
- Documents – ability to delete completed document requests.
- Specifications – automatically remove “review” tasks if no sections remain for a user not assigned to the specification.
