This article provides an overview of the new features, improvements, and fixes included in Authenticate platform release 13.

1. Assessments module – updated journey

• Progress bar now shows 99.9% in amber when your assessment is complete but not yet submitted — a reminder to hit submit.
• Refreshed the Validate and submit page with a cleaner look.
• Gave the Thank you page a fresh new style after submission.
• The Finalise step now appears clearly in the side menu.

Smarter control when forwarding assessments:

• You can now enable or disable a recipient’s ability to forward an assessment using new UI controls.
• Updated logic prevents recipients from forwarding assessments back to the requestor or to other recipients.

2. Specifications module – new features and enhancements

Section approval is here:

• Assign specific users to approve or reject individual sections of a specification.
• Assign section approvers directly to templates.
• Add or edit section approvers after a template is published.
• Lock down changes on sections once they have been approved.
• Automatically create tasks for users with pending approvals.
• View approval status and links directly on the specification review page.
• Updated API endpoints to support this functionality.

3. Site actions module – new improvements

Site action export: users can now export incidents directly to Excel for easier reporting and data sharing.

Functionality to allow suppliers to provide additional details:

• Similar complaints has been moved to the association section.
• Suppliers can now edit association details if allowed.
• When allowed, suppliers can update product and supplier information.
• Some fields, such as product name, remain restricted.

4. Supply chain mapping – new date fields for documents and notes

• You can now set Valid from and Valid to dates on any document linked to a company or supplier product.
• Validity dates can also be added when creating notes.
• Displayed validity dates provide greater visibility.
• You can edit note validity dates at any time.
