This article provides an overview of the new features, improvements, and fixes included in Authenticate platform release 11.

1. General

Feature: Associated users to company sites – you now have the feature to assign a user to a site.

• Shows contacts associated with a selected site on view.
• Shows users associated with a site when viewing the about page.

Changes: Search adjustments

• You can now quickly search by pressing Enter when searching for suppliers in supplier lists.
• Quickly search for companies by adding postcode into the search criteria.

Changes: Batch quality records now include declared links as well as mapped.

2. Certifications

Feature: Automated IFS certification scheme – to gain access to this scheme, your IFS credentials are required.

3. Documents

Feature: Automated email improvement – enterprise users will now receive automated email from the platform when document requests are returned and auto‑approved.

4. Site actions

Feature: Automated email when critical incident raised – all users will now receive automated alerts from the platform when a critical incident is raised.

Feature: Further enhancements to modifying corrective/preventative options – assigned users can now edit or delete correction and preventative actions.

Changes: Additional filters have been added

• Incident date.
• Product name.
• Product code (when linked to AIS product).
• Batch code.

Changes: Added alert icon for repeat incidents to overview – you can now quickly see repeated incidents through the UI.

5. Specifications

Changes: Added additional validation errors to specifications on submit

• Nutritional – kJ is greater than kCal (energy).
• Pack format – units per case / units per pallet / cases per pallet / gross weight > 0.
• Storage – minimum shelf life on delivery > 0.
• Packaging component – packaging material weight > 0.
• Packaging details – length / width / height > 0.
• Percentage recycled material > 0 (if made from recycled materials).
• Percentage recycled > 0 (if recyclable).
• Packaging weight cannot be greater than SKU weight.

Changes: Added validation warnings to specifications on submit

• Volume is higher than 3L and MSLOR lower than 6 days.
• Length / width / height are greater than 3.5m.

Note: Specifications can be submitted with warnings but not errors.

Changes: Increased character limit for ingredients declaration – 4000.
