This article provides an overview of the latest updates and improvements released across Supply Chain.
1. Assessments
1.1. Submit assessments to non-member sites
You can now submit assessments for site review, including to non-member sites. This requires that a contact exists on the company.
1.2. Forward managed assessments easily
You can now forward managed assessments with just a few clicks.
2. Specifications
2.1. Export specifications to PDF
You can now export your specification data sets to PDF format.
2.2. Simplified viewing of shared specifications
The ability to filter by minor version has been removed to provide a cleaner view of shared approved specifications.
3. Product data
3.1. Set product line notes as public or private
You can now choose whether your product line notes are public or private.
All existing attachments have been set to private, and icons indicate the selected setting.
3.2. View product notes in Supply Chain
Linked customers can now view product notes in Supply Chain when they are set to public.
3.3. Renamed documents for clarity
“Product documents” are now called “private documents”.
“Notes” are now called “product documents”.
3.4. Enhanced supplier product display
Supplier product displays now show any images on linked products when they are present.
4. Site actions - incidents
4.1. Private and public attachments for incidents
Private attachments are viewable only by the company that raised the incident.
Public attachments are viewable by the company or site that is responsible for providing a response.
4.2. Thumbnail images for evidence files
Evidence files now include thumbnail images, and you can expand the display to view them more easily.
5. Workflows
5.1. Search and edit workflows easily
You can now use filters to search workflows, and you can edit unpublished workflow steps.
5.2. Display company and site names in workflow details
Company and site names are now displayed when you view workflow pop-up details.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. UK format for created date display
The created date on search results now displays in UK format.
