This article provides an overview of the latest updates and improvements released across Supply Chain.
1. Assessments
New feature: Users can now use the expert template created by AIS when sending assessments. This feature is based on user feedback.
2. Certification
New feature: Users can now add global certificates to other Platform companies.
Enhancement: A tile and count of unverified certificates has been added for AIS to approve. Approval functionality will be available in a future release.
Improvement: Certificates pending verification are now flagged on the following pages:
- Company profile
- Direct supplier certification
- Indirect supplier certification
3. Specifications
Bug fix: Corrected the display of specification status on the supply chain page when a specification had an archived status in its history.
4. Certificates
Update: Enhanced certificate search and save functionality to allow global certificates to be added to all Platform companies by users with the feature enabled.
Improvement: Certificates added to other companies (not the user's own) by non-AIS users are now set as pending validation.
5. Technical
Update: Updated packages.
Enhancement: Added logging for RFA sync.
Improvement: Updated SystemApiUser to set it as approved, which was previously preventing the import of assessments.
6. Incidents
New feature: Users can now enter a private note on incidents. Private notes are only visible to the creating company.
Enhancement: Private notes are now displayed when viewing incident details.
Improvement: Users can now edit private note details.
Update: A last updated date has been added to incidents. The date is updated when changes are made to the original incident details.
Improvement: Incidents are now paginated on the company profile.
