This article provides an overview of the latest updates and improvements released across Supply Chain.
1. Assessments
The logic has been updated to allow assessments to be submitted back for review with open actions assigned to specific users for completion. Previously, assessments could only be returned if all actions had a response.
The logic has also been updated to allow self-assessments to be submitted to an internal assessor for further review once they have been submitted back by the supplier.
An issue has been fixed where only the first ten supplier lists were shown when sending new assessments and searching by site lists.
2. API
A new filter has been added to the assessments endpoint to return results for assessments with a status updated after a specific date.
New endpoints have been added to retrieve all responses for an individual site assessment:
- v1/Assessments/{assessmentId}/ScoreOverview – overall assessment results and section-level results
- v1/Assessments/{assessmentId}/SectionOverview/{sectionId} – question responses, scores, comments, and observations
New endpoints have also been added to retrieve all suppliers for a company:
- /api/v1/SupplyChainSuppliers/ – returns all suppliers in the network, with tier 1 returned by default
3. Site actions - incidents
Wording has been updated when creating a new incident to make fields clearer.
An additional option has been added to allow a company to be selected to share an incident with, enabling third-party read-only viewing.
4. Supplier ESG manager
Users can now upgrade within the system to view full details for all accessible supplier ESG assessments.
