This article provides an overview of the latest updates and improvements released across Supply Chain.
1. Assessments
You can now hide the default numbering for assessments when creating or updating a template. Section and question numbers are hidden in the following places:
- Answering the assessment
- Reviewing answers
- Exporting the review page
- Viewing corrective action
- Adding corrective action responses
- Viewing the scorecard
- Viewing the comparison report
Please note that platform question and section numbers are still shown on assessment reports and API details.
2. Custom manual certification
The user interface to add or edit a manual certificate has been updated to improve the layout.
Grades can now be set when creating a manual certificate scheme.
When a manual certification is applied to a site, users will be required to select a grade for the site certificate if grades are available.
Manual certificate grades are displayed on the certification details page, reports, and supplier list where they have been set.
3. Documents
When a document request is approved by the customer or supplier, the IP address of the approving user is stored.
IP address details are also stored when a document is provided.
Please note that this information is not available to view in the platform. It is tracked for auditing purposes and may be disclosed only if a specific issue requires it.
4. Site actions
4.1. Incidents
- A new reference type, product recall number, has been added.
- The requirement to set a specific time when adding dates has been removed.
- A listing page filter has been added to allow viewing by assignee.
4.2. Non-conformance
- The requirement to set a specific time when adding dates has been removed.
