1. Workflows
- A workflow enables you to define and manage a series of requirements such as assessments, document requests, completion of the Supply Chain ESG assessment, or actions triggered when specific notes have been added to a company or site.
- Once a workflow is created, suppliers can be added so that data requests for each step are automatically issued.
- When a step is completed, the next step is automatically sent to streamline data collection.
- Please contact your account manager if you require further details.
2. Company profile
- The layout has been updated to make it clearer when information relates specifically to an individual site.
3. Assessments
- Reference and reason fields have been added to the site assessment PDF export.
- When viewing the details of an assessment corrective action as the company that created the action, a link is now available to view the associated assessment question.
4. Product catalogue
- A search box is now displayed when viewing products in a category containing more than one page of results (over 250 products).
- Categories with only one page of results continue to show the on-page filter.
5. Supply Chain terminology update
- The term “raw material” has been replaced with “supplier product” to provide clearer meaning.
6. Site actions – non-conformances
- You can now view the full status history of a non-conformance, including status, date, user name, and comments.
7. Specifications
- The export includes packaging details, packaging components, packaging accreditations, and nutritional details.
8. Minor bugs and fixes
- An issue affecting the display of the company name on task reminder emails sent from the task outbox has been fixed.
