This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.
1. Supply Chain – supplier raw materials
- The label “Is this product dormant?” has been updated to “Supply of this product is currently inactive?”.
- The label “This product is currently set as being dormant” has been updated to “The supply status of this product is currently set as inactive”.
2. Site actions – incidents
- Incident details can now be edited.
- A new reference type, enforcement authority, has been added.
- New sub types have been added for the foreign body type, including glass, stalk, burnt ingredient, and stone or pip.
- A new severity option, “N/A”, has been added.
- The filter user interface has been updated to match non-conformances, and new filters have been added for date before, date after, and reference string search.
3. Specifications
- New fields have been added for wine in the product information section.
4. Assessments
- The performance of downloading details of an individual assessment to the app has been improved.
- The count for assessments in review statuses has been split out on the listings page.
- Alert icons have been added for assessments requiring review on the listings page.
- Logic has been updated to allow standard users who are set as reviewers on an assessment they are not assigned to to view and manage details.
5. Document request
- The list no longer refreshes when a document request is viewed, preventing loss of applied filters or sorting.
- An issue has been fixed where documents could be removed from a project when sending more requests if all documents had not loaded before moving to the next step.
