This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.
1. Assessments
- A new full view and export option has been added for viewing details of all corrective actions on an assessment.
- When viewing the corrective actions tab of an assessment, users can select Export to create a PDF or use the button at the bottom of the page to view all actions, responses, and files associated with the assessment.
- The completed status has been added to the filter options when running an assessment outcome report.
- The corrective action details page has been updated so that question details now appear at the top of the response column.
- A display issue has been fixed where section and question numbers were not being shown when viewing the list of corrective actions for an assessment.
2. Assessments app
- Access to the assessments iPad app has been restricted to only allow login using a username and password.
- This restriction has been introduced due to an issue where logging in with an email address caused the list of accessible assessments to display incorrectly when refreshed.
- Users can still log in to the main platform using either their username or email address.
3. Documents
- A preview issue has been fixed where non‑image documents attempted to preview as PDFs regardless of file type.
- An issue has been resolved where document request query tasks were not being correctly completed when submitting a request for review.
4. Location report
- The supplier location report has been updated to improve performance.
- This report, accessible from the product catalogue reports menu, now includes details for any declared suppliers added to product supply chains.
5. Specification search
- A new filter for product claim suitable for has been added when searching specification versions.
- The user interface for specification search has been updated to improve layout as more filters are introduced.
6. Supplier product report
- The supplier product report has been updated to improve performance and now includes additional information such as raw material risk and status.
- This report is accessible from the product catalogue reports menu and now includes details for any declared supplier product.
7. Supply Chain mapping
- The journey for responding to a product link has been updated to improve the flow.
- Create a new product is now the default screen, with details automatically populated based on the request name or reference.
- When selecting an existing product, users can now type to search their product catalogue rather than scrolling through a full list, improving performance for large catalogues.
