This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.
1. Assessments
- Suppliers can now add corrective actions to assessments sent for site review, allowing them to record actions taken to resolve issues raised in the assessment.
- The sent assessments listings page has been updated to highlight assessments that expire on the current day.
- Performance has been improved when viewing the corrective actions listing page.
- An issue has been resolved where answers were archived when a dependency changed, even if the question was still triggered to show.
- A fix has been applied to prevent assessment scores from snapping incorrectly when cross‑section dependencies were used.
- Question dependencies have been hard deleted to prevent related issues.
2. KPIs
- Performance has been improved when viewing aggregated KPI scores for large chains.
3. Site actions (release 5)
- Users can now edit the details and product information for a non‑conformance.
- Filters have been added to allow non‑conformances to be viewed by a from and to date based on the non‑conformance date.
4. Specifications
- Quality targets are now ordered alphabetically.
- An error has been fixed when editing product information where partial parent product variations had been applied when the specification was accepted.
- A fix has been applied to prevent errors when viewing old minor specification versions that have been superseded.
5. Supplier lists
- Users can now change the user assigned to an ESG request.
- An export of users associated with suppliers in a list has been created and is available to enterprise members only.
- The supplier ESG list now shows the requested date as the latest date a reminder has been sent.
6. Supply Chain
- An option has been added to flag a supplier raw material as dormant so users can indicate which supplier products are not actively supplied but remain linked.
7. User
- A bug has been fixed that prevented emails from being sent to newly activated users, which previously stopped them from setting their password.
