1. Emails

• All platform emails have been updated with a new, consistent look and feel.
• A single combined email has been introduced to improve task visibility and reduce the number of emails sent.
• Emails are sent once an hour for any new and incomplete tasks created since the previous run, such as a request to complete an assessment.
• Tasks assigned to a specific user will only notify that individual.
• Generic tasks sent to the whole company will notify all visible users for the requesting company who are opted in to receive generic task emails.

2. User email preferences

• Users can now manage their email preferences within their user profile under Manage notification settings.
• The option to opt out of customer task emails is currently available only to enterprise users.

3. Supplier ESGnius

• Contact selection has been improved when bulk sending ESG requests.
• Step 3 of creating a new supplier list has been updated to allow users to request assessments.
• A display has been added to show companies with no contact when sending bulk requests.
