This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.
1. Assessments
- Users can now choose to show or hide the count of questions to answer when creating or editing an assessment template. This count appears on the assessment details page when completing an assessment.
- A search filter is now displayed for option‑type questions that contain more than 15 selectable options to make answering these questions easier.
2. Supply Chain – raw material
- The raw material header has been updated to show the raw material name and the linked customer product name, where different.
- A new supplier product raw material declaration, organic, has been added.
3. Site actions – incidents
- The sub‑type selection is now filtered based on the selected type when creating a new incident.
- Type and sub‑type options have been updated to improve the available selections.
4. Site actions – non‑conformances
- A new type, human rights, has been added along with nine new sub‑types.
- Seven new sub‑types have been added under environmental protection.
5. Emails
- Work continues on updating all platform emails to ensure a consistent look and feel.
- A new single, all‑encompassing task email is in development to improve visibility and provide more control over which emails users receive.
6. Fixes and improvements
6.1. Assessments
- Fixed an issue where the corrective actions listings page project filter did not correctly filter results.
- Resolved an issue when editing assessment observations on the corrective actions page.
- An icon has been added to highlight continuous assessments when viewing the list of sent assessments for a project.
- Users can now see the time and user associated with each response when reviewing assessment details.
- The layout for assessment corrective actions has been improved, including additional details of the users who opened and closed each action.
6.2. Supplier list
- Fixed an issue where a removed list site reappeared after changing pages.
- Resolved an issue that incorrectly showed sites as not requested.
- The list name is now displayed clearly in the header.
6.3. Specifications
- Fixed an error shown when submitting a specification for review where no customer details were set.
