This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.
1. Assessments – status history
- You can now view the full status history of an assessment, including associated users, dates, and any comments added during completion.
- To access this information, select View history from the top right of the assessment details page.
- A popup will open showing the complete status history for the selected assessment.
2. Assessments – validation updates
- Assessment logic has been updated to allow an assessment already submitted for review to be sent back to the supplier or sent for further review even when new questions require answering.
- This scenario can occur when changes made during review trigger new questions or when a new section is added while editing the assessment.
Note: Assessments must still be fully answered when initially completing and submitting for review or completing.
3. Assessment corrective actions
- Performance improvements have been made to the corrective actions listings page.
- Pagination has been updated.
- A new Date created filter has been added to reduce the number of actions shown. The default view shows the last three months.
- The template filter has been updated to filter by assessment project.
- The layout has been improved to reduce the size of the header chart.
4. Product link accept journey
- A new and improved journey has been introduced after accepting a request to link a product.
- Users are now guided through any additional tasks required for the product, including:
- Mapping the product, with the option to add multiple suppliers or select not mapping.
- Providing seasonality and declarations.
- Completing a product specification.
- Product mapping and seasonality details can be completed as part of an integrated journey.
- When completing a specification, users are taken directly to the relevant page.
- Users can also choose to complete tasks later and return to them from the homepage.
5. Non‑conformance
- Displays have been updated to improve data visibility, and new fields have been added.
New non‑conformance fields:
- Affected sites – users can now select from a list of their own company’s sites.
- Outcome – accepted or rejected.
- Purchase order number – free text.
- Quality affected – free text.
- Licence or registration number – free text.
Updated filters:
- The search and status filters are now shown by default.
- All other filters have moved into a popup, with new additions including:
- Affected sites – non‑conformances linked to a selected site.
- Type – non‑conformances of a selected type.
- Date – non‑conformances from a selected date.
- Outcome – non‑conformances with a selected outcome.
6. Fixes and improvements
6.1. Search
- Updated company, site, and product search to improve display and show search terms when filters are applied.
6.2. Supplier lists
- Automatically assigned a contact to a supplier list when requesting an ESG assessment and adding a new contact.
6.3. Product link
- Added a notification when changes are made by the supplier to a raw material’s additional information.
- Trimmed the name and reference fields for product links to prevent matching issues.
