1. Product supply chains
- Enhancements have been made to expand and improve the supplier product profile when viewing a product’s supply chain.
- Two new tabs have been added: raw material and supplier approval.
1.1. Raw material
- You can now set a risk, status, and review date for all supplied raw materials, whether supplied directly or within your wider supply chain.
- Supply chain approval has been moved into this tab.
- New options have been added to record seasonality and declarations. These can be set directly or requested from suppliers when adding them to the supply chain.
- You can mark a raw material as a contingency supplier. This is only visible to the company entering the details.
- Managing supplier product details requires the Supply Chain Approval role, which can be assigned by a company admin.
1.2. Supplier approval
- Company and site approval information has been combined into a single panel.
- This panel displays the function, risk, and status of the company and each associated site involved in the supply chain.
2. Specifications
2.1. Specification search
- A new filter has been added for template. When applied, only specifications using the selected template are shown.
2.2. Specification request – variant selection
- When mapping a product and requesting a specification, users can now select individual variations to apply based on their own product variations.
- If variations are selected, only those chosen will be applied when the supplier accepts the request.
- If no individual variations are selected for language or pack size, all variations will be applied as before.
