This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.

1. Products

• Users can now bulk accept product requests to save time when responding to large volumes of requests.
• A new Bulk manage requests dropdown has been added to the product catalogue sub‑navigation. The bulk accept option is located here, along with the bulk mapping option which has been moved into this menu.

When a link is accepted:

• If a product already exists in the company’s product catalogue with the same name and reference, the existing product will be linked to the request.
• If no matching product exists, a new product will be created using the name, reference, and selected sites, and added to the chosen category.
• Any matching product request from the same customer will be resolved by linking to the same product.
• Any associated tasks will be created to prompt product mapping or specification completion.

2. ESG assessment – completed email

• Users will now receive an email confirmation once their ESG assessment has been completed and approved by ESG specialists.
• This allows users to access and review their ESG reports as soon as approval is complete.

3. Technical improvements

• Core infrastructure has been updated to the latest technology as part of ongoing platform improvements.

4. Fixes and improvements

4.1. Company profile

• The link to view products supplied to a customer has been restored on the company profile.

4.2. Product supply chains

• Logic has been updated to pull through origins declared by a supplier and make them visible to customers.

4.3. Site actions

• Fixed the display of the completed by company name when viewing an uploaded non‑conformance.
• Fixed an issue where the shared by company name could appear as undefined on the listings page.

4.4. Specifications

• Fixed an issue where product safety ingredient data was removed if ingredients were edited after safety data was added.

4.5. Supplier manager

• Sorting has been added to ESG supplier lists.
• Wording and navigation flows have been updated.
