This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Supply Chain platform.
1. Company profile
- License, registration, and relationship details have been moved into the About tab on company and site profiles.
- Sedex information has been moved into its own dedicated tab, displaying ZC and ZS numbers.
2. Sedex site audit integration
- Companies with access to Sedex audit‑level data can now integrate this data into the platform.
- Once configured, users can view and click through to individual Sedex site audits and their associated findings.
- Please contact your client services manager if your company has access to this data and would like to enable the integration.
3. Assessment renewal
- Continuous assessments that have been completed now display their renewal status for improved visibility.
Renewal statuses include:
- Upcoming – shows the renewal date and includes a link to manage renewal dates.
- Successfully renewed – shows the date the renewal occurred.
- Renewal failed – shows the date and reason for the failure.
- When setting renewal dates, the re‑issue date cannot be earlier than the due date of the original assessment.
4. Specifications – packaging
- When selecting a packaging type of Other, users now see an additional free‑text field to enter further details.
- These details appear on specification review and compare pages, and in the API when viewing specification version data.
5. Supply Chain mapping search
- Users can now search for suppliers by name, supplier codes, or license and registration numbers when adding suppliers from the supply chain page.
Search options include:
- Name – company or site name.
- Supplier code – codes added by your company to suppliers or sites.
- License and registration – approved license numbers such as CPH, Health Mark, or DUNS.
- Search results display all matching companies or sites for selection when mapping or declaring suppliers.
6. ESG assessment reminders
- A workflow has been created to send reminder emails for outstanding ESG assessment completion requests.
- Reminders are sent at 14, 28, 56, 84, 122, and 140 days after the initial request.
- If a company has multiple requests from different customers, a single email is sent listing all requesting customers.
7. Fixes and improvements
7.1. Assessments
- Fixed an issue exporting assessments with many images to PDF.
7.2. ESG assessment
- Fixed an issue where the task to share ESG assessment results was created for the requesting company instead of the supplier.
- An email notification has been added for users who receive a request to share ESG assessment results.
7.3. Homepage
- Added links to manage license and registration requests directly from tasks.
7.4. Non‑conformances
- An email notification has been added for assignees when a non‑conformance is submitted back for review.
7.5. Product quality records
- A new Quality Record Admin role has been added for companies using the raw material records feature.
- Quality Record Admins can now edit any existing quality records created by their company.
7.6. Specifications
- Validation updated to avoid requiring packaging dimension fields that are not relevant for the selected shape.
- Validation updated to avoid requiring both an image and a non‑image file when both are marked as required in the template.
7.7. Supply Chain
- Company and site supplier codes are now displayed when viewing supplier details on a product supply chain.
7.8. Supplier lists – ESG
- Stored the “sent to” email address in email tracking.
- Added the ability to view request history for ESG completion and access tasks.
- Added the ability to send a reminder for an existing ESG request from the request history.
- Updated ESG score display to show results for assessments that are in review.
- Updated the sub‑navigation to consolidate edit and delete list links.
- Added an email notification when a request to share ESG results is sent.
7.9. User
- The Qualified Person role has been renamed to Supplier Approval.
