1. Product notes

• Improvements have been made to adding and displaying private documents (formerly notes) against products.
• Multiple documents can now be added quickly.
• All existing private documents are displayed clearly.
• Documents can be previewed inline.
• Private documents can be edited or removed.
• All documents added remain private to the uploading company.
• Future updates will expand this functionality to supplier products.

2. Specification data fields

• Three new groups have been added when creating a specification template:
  • Product information – manufacturing site information
  • Packaging – packaging photos
  • Packaging – label photos

3. Supplier lists

• A number of updates have been made in preparation for a larger upcoming release:
  • Added a filter by country, including country flag display.
  • Improved loading of contacts when adding many sites to reduce waiting times.
  • Updated supplier search to remove the 250‑result limit when searching by supply chain.
  • Updated ESG requesting to create tasks to share or complete the ESG assessment based on current status.

4. Fixes and improvements

4.1. ESG assessments

• Users can now view reports and results for previous versions of their company’s ESG assessment once more than one instance has been completed.
• Fixed an issue where suppliers previously requested to share ESG results were not shown as requested.
• Prevented duplicate tasks to complete an ESG assessment when requests were sent multiple times.

4.2. Documents

• Fixed an error when viewing a document request where the recipient was no longer accessible to the viewing company.

4.3. Products

• Improved performance when loading products in the catalogue, especially for categories with thousands of lines.

4.4. Site actions

• Prevented duplicate tasks from being created when transferring non‑conformances.
• Fixed an issue preventing site actions awaiting review from opening when using header count links.

4.5. Specifications

• Fixed an issue submitting a specification with no ingredient country of origin when populating version metadata.
• Fixed an issue submitting a specification for review after viewing a previous version.
• Updated calculations and guidance for creating packaging volumes.
• Added a clear icon to the sub‑ingredient origin filter when searching specifications.
• Added an icon to indicate whether a specification in search results is an approved or unapproved version.

4.6. Task outbox

• Fixed an issue where tasks did not show as previously reminded when certain filters were applied.
