1. Specification data copy

• When responding to a specification request and selecting Accept, users now have the option to copy data from previously completed specifications.
• If previous specifications exist, users can choose to:
  • Start a new specification, or
  • Select an existing specification to copy from.
• If no previous specifications exist, a new specification will be created and any associated data will be applied as current.
• When copying, users can select individual sections that exist in both the original and new specification request.
• Sections not selected for copying will have their associated data sets applied automatically.
• If the request includes variations, parent variations will always be applied, regardless of copied data.

2. Assessment scheduler – self‑raising

• When requesting dates from a supplier to perform an assessment, users can now attach an optional file.
• Once the supplier responds, an assessment can be raised directly from the response.
• Users may still request a proposal from a third party if required.

3. Non‑conformance sub‑types

• New non‑conformance types and associated sub‑types can now be selected when creating site non‑conformances.
• After creation, assignees can be edited to transfer ownership to other users for completion.

4. Fixes and improvements

4.1. Assessments

• Fixed a bug that incorrectly displayed a validation message when changing a managed assessment.

4.2. Navigation

• Fixed an issue preventing the header search type from being changed on some pages.

4.3. Product mapping

• The date range for showing rejected requests has been extended from 30 to 60 days on the mapping progress page.

4.4. Site actions

• Updated logic so only the creating company can complete a non‑conformance.
• If ownership is transferred, it must be transferred back to the creating company for completion.
• Fixed an issue where filters appeared behind the table header on the listings page.

4.5. Specifications

• Updated the companies/supplier/search API endpoint to include all additional company data.

4.6. Task outbox

• The task outbox is now paginated to improve performance.
• Users can now select multiple task types when filtering.
• The Product link type has been re‑added to the filter options.
