1. ESG comparison report

• A new ESG comparison report is now available, allowing users to compare their ESG performance against other organisations that have completed the Authenticate ESG assessment.
• Users who have completed the ESG assessment can access the report via My ESG Assessment → Comparison Report.

The comparison report includes insights such as:

• Overall scores
• Count of companies included in the comparison
• Overall score vs average score
• Overall maturity outcomes (Foundational / Transitional / Transformational) vs average
• Section scores
• Section score vs average across nine ESG sections (e.g., Environmental – Strategy, Environmental – Results)
• Section maturity outcomes vs average
• Question‑level insights
• Individual question selection
• Question score vs average
• Response percentage display
• Response vs maturity outcome to show likelihood of being Foundational / Transitional / Transformational

2. Site action draft responses

• Users can now partially save responses when completing incidents and non‑conformances.
• This allows users to gather information without needing to complete and return the response immediately.
• Comments can only be added when submitting the response back for review.

3. Specification packaging updates

• Packaging data structure has been updated to improve clarity and reduce duplication.

Key changes include:

• Packaging materials moved into their own group.
• Pack size fields now support multi‑select to avoid repeated entries.
• Material and sub‑material options updated to a fixed list.
• Sub‑material options now depend on the selected parent material.

Data migration notes:

• Existing submitted specification versions remain unchanged and display as originally approved.
• When editing packaging data, the specification will automatically update to the new structure.
• Where material/sub‑material options could not be mapped, fields will appear blank and require new selections before creating a new version.

4. Fixes and improvements

4.1. Assessments

• Added display of question guidance when exporting assessment templates or completed assessments.

4.2. KPIs

• Updated KPI scoring click‑through to include opted‑out periods in the percentage scored. For example, a site scoring 5 periods and opting out of 5 periods will now show 100% instead of 50%.

4.3. General

• Updated the display of the “Contact Us” help form.

4.4. Specifications

• Updated packaging labels:
