1. ESG comparison report – coming soon
- A new ESG comparison report is being developed to allow users to compare their ESG performance against other organisations that have completed the Authenticate ESG assessment.

The report currently includes:
- Count of companies included in the comparison
- Overall scores vs average
- Overall outcomes (Foundational / Transitional / Transformation) vs average
- Section scores vs average (Environmental – Strategy, Environmental – Results, etc. × 9)
- Section outcomes vs average
Coming soon: Users will be able to drill down into each question to compare:
- Individual question scores vs average
- Response percentages
- How their response influences section and overall maturity outcomes
Note: Available in Release 12.
2. Fixes and improvements
2.1. Assessments
- Updated the logic for calculating assessment action scores. Maximum score is now based on question criticality: Sum(Critical answers × 3 + Non‑critical answers × 2).
2.2. Certificates
- Historic days value increased from 30 to 60, keeping certifications in the expired column for longer.
2.3. Documents
- Fixed an issue preventing inactive documents from being shared when sending new requests.
2.4. ESG assessment
- Updated the PDF of sample questions in the ESG guidance area.
2.5. Quality record
- Added five new fields to the product quality record (available only to users with the Product Quality Record Sugar feature).
2.6. Specifications
- Created an email notification for assignees when a specification is submitted for review. This is only sent if the submitting user is not an assignee (i.e., changes are not made by the parent company).
- Increased the character limit for specification corrective actions to 3000 characters.
- Added display of the data set name applied to a specification request in the header.
2.7. Assessment scheduler
- Added the ability to create a new project when sending assessments from a proposal.
- Added the ability to close assessment proposal requests when no longer required.
- Proposal status now automatically updates to Completed once the associated assessment is finished (Passed / Failed / Completed).
- Progress counts added to the listings page to show overall progress.
- Added an alert when a proposal is accepted for a third‑party company that cannot access the assessment template. The template will now be automatically shared to allow the assessment to be raised.
