1. Assessment scheduler
A new feature has been introduced to support users in scheduling on‑site or third‑party assessments. This workflow enables structured, back‑and‑forth data collection between all parties involved.
1.1. How the workflow operates
- Available dates request – Users send suggested dates to a supplier for an audit or assessment.
- Supplier response – Suppliers receive an email/task prompting them to confirm availability or propose alternative dates.
- Review dates & request proposal – Once the supplier responds, assignees can request a proposal from a third‑party auditor.
- Provide third‑party proposal – The selected auditor can submit a proposal and attach supporting documents.
- Approve proposal – Proposals can be approved or returned with a request for changes.
- Schedule assessment – Once approved, the third‑party assessor is notified to schedule the assessment for the confirmed dates.
Coming next release:
- Users will be able to schedule an assessment directly after requesting dates from the site, without requiring a third‑party assessor.
- Requests can be closed if dates or proposals cannot be progressed.
