This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Authenticate platform.
1. Document request management
Enhancements have been made to improve the management of document request projects:
- Project categories can now be filtered for easier navigation.
- Pagination has been added to project listings to improve loading performance.
- Projects can now be opened or closed, allowing users to remove completed or inactive projects from the active list.
2. Fixes and improvements
2.1. Assessments
- The assessment details page can now be viewed for assessments downloaded to the app.
- Fixed an issue where tasks were not updating correctly when assessment assignees were edited without changing the assessment type.
2.2. Company / site profile
- Added a new supplier status option: In Review.
2.3. Documents
- Expiry date is now optional when suppliers provide documents.
- Added a select / de‑select all toggle when searching sites, and site names are now clickable for selection.
- Removed validation requiring a query for rejected document requests.
- Fixed a bug preventing deletion of site document requests when a query or approval had been added.
2.4. General
- Updated React loaders to disable fields while required data (e.g., user lists) is loading, preventing premature interaction issues.
2.5. KPIs
- Improved performance when loading large volumes of aggregated score data to prevent timeouts.
2.6. Product quality record
- Fixed the display of validation messages when incomplete details were entered.

- Updated the user authentication mechanism.
