This article provides a clear overview of the latest updates released for the Authenticate platform.

1. Global navigation

• The side navigation has been updated to provide a consistent layout for all users.
• Functionality remains unchanged — only the order and display of menu items have been updated.

2. Specification photo standards – non‑image files

• Users can now upload non‑image files when adding product quality photo standards.
• Two separate file pickers are now available:
  • Image picker – files display as thumbnails within the specification.
  • Non‑image picker – files display as downloadable links.

3. Non‑conformance preventative actions

• Users can now add preventative actions when responding to site non‑conformances.
• These appear alongside existing corrective actions, mirroring the structure used when responding to incidents.

4. Assessment corrective action scores

• The Corrective Actions tab in site assessments now displays an Action Score.
• The score is calculated based on:
  • Number of questions answered
  • Status of corrective actions
  • Whether the question is marked as critical in the template
• Scores are shown per action, and the Section Scores tab provides a visual breakdown by section and grouped sections (if tags are used).

5. Product quality recordings listings

• A new listings page has been created for the product quality records feature.
• Users can now quickly search and view records by:
  • Product name
  • Reference
  • Supplier
  • Status
• New records can be added directly from the listings page without navigating through supply chain pages.

6. Fixes and improvements

6.1. Company / site

• Fixed an issue where company status did not display correctly when viewing supplier details within a product’s supply chain.

6.2. General

• Added additional Appcues variables to support future enhancements to user guidance.

6.3. Product quality records

• Added the product reference to quality record tasks to help users identify individual records when multiple incomplete entries exist for the same supplier product.

6.4. Site actions

• Status names have been updated based on user feedback:
  • Pending Supplier → Draft
  • Awaiting Response → Open
  • In Review → Submitted for Review
  • Awaiting Action → Awaiting Response
