This article summarises the latest enhancements released to the Authenticate platform.
1. Assessment
- The journey for accepting a self‑assessment request has been improved.
- Instead of accepting or rejecting directly from the homepage task, users are now taken to the assessment details page.
- This allows users to review assessment information and associated questions before responding.
2. Document requests
The supplier interface for responding to document requests has been updated to improve usability and prevent layout issues.
- Request details layout updated to prevent truncation and ensure full visibility.
- Response buttons have been repositioned to prevent them moving outside the layout, improving usability on smaller devices.
3. Supply chain
- The interface for editing supplier risk/status has been updated.
- The previous row of buttons has been replaced with a single select field for a more user‑friendly experience.
- This update has also been applied to the supplier list area.
4. KPIs
- A message now appears if users attempt to score an incomplete KPI period, helping prevent inaccurate data submission.
- KPI items that can only be scored by the customer or supplier will no longer appear in the “to score” list for the opposite party.
- This prevents confusion where a period appeared selectable but contained no KPIs to score.
5. Supplier lists
As part of ongoing improvements to the supplier lists area, the following updates have been introduced:
- Skeleton loaders added to replace older spinning loaders.
- New filter added to allow filtering list details by company or site name.
A detailed site overview has been added, showing:
- Site address
- Site approval
- Category & function
- Certification
- Assessments
- Documents
- ESG results
(Display depends on list configuration.)
- New Supplier ESG tab added to view ESG results for each site.
- Site overview from the map now includes location, certification and ESG details.
When adding new suppliers to a list
- A preview has been added to allow users to view company details before selecting.
- Preview mode allows adding new sites to non‑member companies.
- Users can now create a new company directly when adding suppliers.
- Directory search simplified to a single name search (additional filters removed).
