- [Fix] Resolved an issue preventing users from being selected when sending an external assessment for secondary review.
- [Fix] Updated the section score on the individual scorecard to display a percentage rather than a raw score with a % symbol, which previously caused confusion.
2. User notifications
Notification priorities have been introduced to help users quickly identify the importance of each alert.
- Low – Item approved by customer; self‑assessment passed.
- Medium – Supplier not mapping; supplier product sites updated.
- High – Request rejected; accepted product link removed; self‑assessment failed.
- Info – Item completed; customer reviewed and completed returned item; pending request rescinded; all documents read and request auto‑completed.

3. Product specification
- Validation for product standard photos now requires an image file type, ensuring correct display on the specification review page.
4. Supply chain mapping
- The supply chain flow diagram has been restored.
- Search performance for companies and sites has been improved.
- Labels when adding a new supplier have been updated to clarify whether the supplier is being mapped or declared.
- The [...] menu button has been replaced with a “… more” link on supplier overviews, providing clearer access to edit or rescind/remove actions.
- [Fix] Product mapping tasks are no longer closed when a supplier attempts to map their product to itself, preventing invalid circular links.

5. Document management
- The document upload journey has been updated so users can choose the document type after selecting a file.
- Document request creation now supports an optional template file that suppliers can download and complete.
- [Fix] Resolved an issue where existing document requests were incorrectly updated when a new document version was created, preventing suppliers from accessing files for open requests.
6. Site actions
- Multiple recipients can now be selected when creating a new non‑conformance.
- [Fix] The “shared by” company name now correctly displays the current owning company rather than the original creator when ownership has been transferred.

- This shows the number of unique mapped products where the supply chain has been marked as approved (feature‑dependent).
8. System notifications

- Messages appear on the homepage and can be used to notify users of maintenance, releases, or other important updates.
