You will learn to view and archive the latest specification versions effectively.

Archiving a Specification

1. Click Specifications to open the specifications section within the Ideagen Supply Chain application.

   

2. Click View Latest Version to display the most recent version of the specification.

   

3. Click Delete to begin removing the selected specification version.

   

4. Click Delete again to confirm and complete the deletion of the specification version.
