Navigating your home page and notifications
-
View your home page where outstanding tasks will appear.

-
Click View All underneath a module tile to view all tasks related to this module.

-
Filter tasks by their requesting company by clicking the filter option.

-
Filter tasks by searching via a keyword by clicking the search field.

-
Enter your keyword in the search box.

-
Click the search icon to initiate the search based on the entered keyword.

-
To remove the keyword search filter, delete the keyword and click the search icon again.

-
Use the assignee filter to view tasks assigned to other users or tasks that are unassigned. Your homepage default shows you tasks assigned to you.

-
This filter may help you locate tasks you are expecting but cannot see in your current view, especially by viewing the Unassigned option. Before raising a ticket for a missing task, please ensure you check for it by looking for tasks assigned to each user that appears in the assignee drop down filter options. Another way to find tasks you are expecting to see but cannot find is by viewing tasks on your company profile module tabs. For more information on this, please watch our video guide titled "Company Profile: View My Previously Completed Tasks".

-
To view your company's notifications, click the bell icon in the top navigation bar.

-
View all of your notifications in dated order on this page.

-
Filter your notifications page by task type (tick and untick the boxes next to the task types you want to view), by date range to see notifications within a specified time period, or click Show Dismissed option to show notifications that have been previously dismissed.
