Generating assessment reports
Who is this article for?
Administrators who want to generate reports based on assessments.
Assessments admin permissions are required.
This article walks you through generating three different types of detailed assessment reports.
Assessment Question Level
To generate an Assessment Question Level report:
- Go to Reporting.

- Select Assessment Question Level.

- Pick a Template.
- Pick a Project.
- Set Dates.

- Pick Questions.

- Set Additional Filters.

- Run the report.
- Click Export to download the report to Excel.
Alternatively, click Run report to view the report in the platform.

Your report will display all data matching the parameters you selected in the process.

Assessment Outcome Report
To generate an Assessment Outcome Report:
- Go to Reporting.

- Select Assessment Outcome Report.

- Pick a Template.
- Pick a Section and Question.

- Set Additional Filters.

- Run the report.

Your report will display all data matching the parameters you selected in the process.

You can use the Eye icons to view individual assessment details (left) or individual score cards (right).

Assessment Comparison Report
To generate an Assessment Comparison Report:
- Go to Reporting.

- Select Assessment Comparison Report.

- Pick a Template.
- Pick a Section.
- Pick a Project.
- Set Data Range.

- Tick Show Additional Filters to enable them.

- Set Additional Filters.

- Choose what to compare the data against.
If you choose Site Score Card, you will be required to select a site.


- Run the report.

Your report will display all data matching the parameters you selected in the process.
The Overview report compares questions contained within the assessment.

The Site Score Card report also compares questions contained within the assessment as you scroll down.
