Enhanced Product Document Management

• Organise documents by type: select specific document types when adding documents to products, keeping files organised from the start.
• View grouped by name: documents are automatically grouped and ordered by name, making it quick to find the file you need.

Finished Product Specifications

A new Manage data options interface lets specification admins customise attribute options company-wide:

• Add new custom option values to extend field options without duplication
• Rename options and automatically update all usages across specifications
• Delete options with automatic migration of existing uses to a replacement value
• Manage all custom options in one centralised location

Automated Annual Profile Review Tasks

• Your homepage now displays company profile review tasks when your company details need an annual review.
• Profile review reminders are now included in hourly and weekly task notification emails, with full multilingual support.
• Clear on-profile messaging shows when your company details are due for review (last approved over a year ago).
